We hold a wide array of archival images and video from Australia’s involvement in Apollo 11, as well as stunning imagery and time-lapse video of Australia’s leading spacecraft tracking and astronomy facilities. The full three hours of the moonwalk TV broadcast is also available, please contact us if you’d like to discuss usage.

Experts

We can arrange interviews with members of the NASA Honeysuckle Creek and CSIRO Parkes teams that supported Apollo 11, experts on Australia’s role in televising the Moon landing, and Australia’s leading space experts who can talk about current space science and provide a glimpse into its exciting future.

Events

We’re supporting many events in the lead-up to and over the anniversary, such as open days open days at CSIRO’s Parkes radio telescope, the world famous ‘Dish’. Thousands of visitors are expected along with former staff that supported the Apollo 11 telecast and VIPs.
